Our Vision - God Connect Ministries Australia

Our Vision

Our Vision

To be a people who know and love the Lord, bringing the Gospel of salvation, and hope to the people of Logan City and nationwide to Australia.

It is our God given calling to make disciples of all nations by bringing the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and allowing the Holy Spirit to transform Logan City into a God fearing, supportive community, where all people feel accepted and loved.

Our Mission

  • We will seek to grow in the love and knowledge of the Lord, encouraging and building each other up to be the best that we can be. Hebrews 10 v 24 – 25
  • We will have a constantly increasing knowledge and understanding of God’s word, the Bible, and an understanding of its practical application in our lives. That we will display Godly attributes and behaviour on all days, not just at church meetings/events.
  • That there will be no tolerance of open and deliberate sin that impacts the life of the church and that correction will be given in a loving manner with an aim to encourage repentance and restoration.
  • That we will be evangelistically focused and accepting and welcoming of all people regardless of race or colour, remembering that the Lord Jesus Christ, loves and died for all peoples. Matthew 28 v 19 – 20.
  • That the church family will steadily grow in number, with main growth due to new converts, and less due to congregational transfer.
  • We will raise up Godly, dedicated, outstanding community leaders. 2 Timothy 2 v 2.
  • To support the Logan City Council and Police, including indigenous Police Liaison Officers through community events.
